EMOTION

EVOKING CUISINE

IN THE ALPS !

The result of a mixture of influences from cuisines from around the world, Romain Maillot brings his innovative culinary skills to Verbier. With his Reunion Island origins, he casts his curious gaze on nature and the produce that surround him in order to create dishes that are often surprising, always elegant and imbued with excellence.

The décor: inspired by the past, influenced by the present and looking to the future. The atmosphere in our restaurant is a modern interpretation of a traditional alpine chalet.

Know-how & Passion

These two words are at the heart of our business. In the elegant décor of a revamped Alpine chalet, chef Romain Maillot works with exceptional products.

Lobster and duck confit in pastry, scallops in truffle oil, but also fish from local fisheries, vegetarian recipes and gourmet desserts... The recipes inspired from elsewhere are surprising and tasty.

Michelin-starred fish dinner

Our chef, Romain Maillot, is delighted to invite his friend and Michelin-starred chef José Bailly to join him in the kitchen for a special evening.

3 March 2024

From building construction to his training as a chef, José Bailly's career path, initially focused on topography and architecture, took an unexpected turn that led him to the world of gastronomy. In 2019, he was awarded his first Michelin star at Le Récif, the restaurant of the Hôtel les Roches rouges in Saint-Raphaël.

Subtle and refined, the menu focuses on Mediterranean products, with tasty fish accompanied by local vegetables.

Special 6-course menu - CHF 119.- with Wine and food pairing - CHF 69.00
